Michelle and I presented James and his team a challenge .. to build an open plan Studio on top of our existing garage to maximise the available space. We encountered structural challenges along the way as you would expect. James presented practical solutions to the design changes we encountered. Such as steel beams and columns needing to be modified. Good communication was maintained along the construction path. All the workers were courteous and respected our close neighbours as we had a common Laneway to keep open. We had a target end date, which was achieved.
